Len-Co Lumber Return Policy:
No returns on the following items:
· Loose ceiling tile
· Jackposts
· Roof brackets
· Loose fasteners
· Structural products, scaffold materials
· Caulk
· Tools
· Electrical
· Hot water tanks
· Floor tile, carpet roll goods
· Hardwood flooring
· Garage doors
· Close-out or red-tag items
· Milled or cut plywood or lumber
· Special order products (non-stock items)
Conditions required for a possible return:
· Possession of original receipt
· Product and packaging must be un-opened and in original condition
· Must be within 30 days of purchase on picked-up items
· Must be within 30 days of receipt of product on delivered items
***If the above conditions are met, Len-Co may issue a credit less a 10%
re-stocking fee. Len-Co reserves the right to refuse any return.
***When issuing credit, Len-Co will refund the customer in the original form of
payment. For example, if an invoice was paid via check, the customer will be
mailed a check for credit.
