***Len-Co Lumber Delivery Policy***
Standard delivery service
Rates:
Erie County = $30.00
Niagara County = $39.00
All other towns (Western NY area) = Variable rate based on mileage
All other towns (Outside NY State) = Only available via UPS, etc.
Standard delivery rate provides delivery to the job-site on a delivery day agreed
upon by the customer and salesperson at the time of sale. Available delivery
days vary depending on the location (i.e., Buffalo standard delivery days are
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday) and number of deliveries already booked for a given
day. Standard delivery can occur any time within Len-Co business hours on the
given delivery day; delivery times will not be quoted on standard deliveries. It is
the responsibility of the customer to receive and sign for the delivery. If no one
is present at the job-site, the Len-Co driver will make a decision on whether to
leave the load. Standard delivery is to the curb only, and will be unloaded by Len-
Co driver provided there are safe conditions. Any deliveries brought back to
Len-Co will not have delivery charge refunded, and may be subject to an
additional handling charge on materials.
Additional delivery services
***All additional delivery services are added to standard delivery.
Call notification service:
Rate = $4.00
This service provides a phone call to the customer prior to Len-Co delivery – in
the event the specified phone number is not answered by the customer, Len-Co
will follow through with standard delivery service procedures.
Off day delivery service:
Rate = $25.00
This service enables the customer to schedule a standard delivery for any
weekday, provided that day still has delivery slots available.
Same day delivery service:
Rate = $25.00
This service enables the customer to schedule a standard delivery for the same
day, provided that day still has delivery slots available.
Saturday delivery service:
Rate = $35.00
This service enables the customer to schedule a standard delivery for a given
Saturday, provided that Saturday still has delivery slots available.
***Additional delivery services may be combined. Example: Saturday delivery
($35.00) to Buffalo ($30.00 standard delivery) with a call notification ($4.00) =
$69.00 total
