***Len-Co Lumber Delivery Policy***
Standard delivery service
Rates:
Erie County = $30.00
Niagara County = $39.00
All other towns (Western NY area) = Variable rate based on mileage
All other towns (Outside NY State) = Only available via UPS,FEDEX & LTL, etc.
Standard delivery provides delivery to the job-site on a delivery day agreed upon
by the customer and salesperson at the time of sale. Available delivery days vary
depending on the location (i.e., Buffalo standard delivery days are Monday,
Tuesday, and Thursday). Standard delivery can occur any time between 8am-7pm
on the scheduled delivery day. The delivery manager will attempt to contact the
customer the day prior to delivery to provide an estimated window of time for
delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to receive and sign for the
delivery. In the event that no one is present at time of delivery, the load will be
left at the address or location specified on the delivery ticket. Standard delivery
is to the curb only, and will be unloaded by the driver provided there are safe
conditions. Any deliveries brought back to Len-Co will not have the delivery
charge refunded, and will be subject to an additional handling charge on
materials.

Rate = $4.00
This service provides a phone call to the customer prior to Len-Co delivery – in
the event the specified phone number is not answered by the customer, Len-Co
will follow through with standard delivery service procedures.
